Gator Open Tennis Tournament
Friday, September 28, 2018: Provide help during our 4th annual Gator Open Tennis Tournament, open to men and women of all ages and skill levels.
Thursday, October 30, 2018: Provide help during our 24-hour social media fundraising drive.

Thursday, November 29, 2018: An evening of education, community building, and conversation for the parent body.
Holiday Greens Sale
November 5-19, 2018: Help promote and manage sales, pick-up and delivery of greens.
Saturday, November 10, 2018: Afternoon of Bingo fun & prizes for mothers/special friends and daughters.
Middle School Grandfriends’ Day
Tuesday, November 20, 2018: Provide help greeting, registering, and ushering guests.
Saturday, March 2, 2019: An all-community event including dinner, dancing, and an auction to benefit The Gator Fund and alumnae-sponsored scholarships.
International Block Party
Friday, April 5, 2019: Joint SPSG/SP evening of cultural foods and entertainment.
Father/Daughter/Special Friends Bull Roast
Thursday, May 16, 2019: Help organize an evening of Barbeque and outdoor fun for fathers/special friends & daughters.
The Admissions Office welcomes parent volunteers to assist in preparing materials for the admissions season, participate in recruitment activities throughout the year, and help welcome and mentor new families as they enter into our community.
Volunteers wanted to help sew or build set pieces for dance concerts and plays.
Volunteers needed for event assistance with the Gator Tennis Open, as well as parent participation needed for each varsity team to assist with senior day, and other duties as needed.
Volunteers needed to promote campus events and online registration, as well as taking photos for on/off campus and athletic events.
Assist in messaging and logistics of Development Office events and Gator Fund initiatives.
Library / Archives
Assistance needed processing, shelving books, and volunteering for the Scholastic Book Fair.
The Ward Center theatre and dance performances: ushers needed. | Coffee/Cocoa House: organize, promote three upper school events per year, and assist with light refreshments.
Help make SPSG a greener, more sustainable and environmentally compatible school.
Share your vocation or avocation with students as it relates to current curriculum and electives.
Parents’ Association Executive Committee
Work as a team to build and encourage a united, supportive parent community and to provide a network of communication support between SPSG parents, guardians, school faculty, and administration.
School Store / The Swamp
In-store volunteer to sell merchandise. Hours based on need and availability.
Junior Leadership Day
September 13, 2018: Conduct mock-interviews with juniors as Part of the college preparation process.
Sophomore Shadow Day
January 25, 2019: Host sophomores at your place of business for a one-day.
May 20-31, 2019: Host senior student intern at your place of business for a 2-week period.
Date TBD: College students serve on a panel to field questions and provide guidance to seniors as they prepare for college.
Flexible dates: Present a 5-7 minute speech to the student body, sharing professional or personal experiences of interest.
Flexible dates: Host students for visit/field trips as part of a Career Exploration program.
Parties will take place Saturday, May 4, 2019 and may be held on campus, at an alumna’s home or area restaurant. We ask that you organize the logistics of the event and encourage classmates’ attendance. SPSG will provide assistance with the recommended to-do list, timeline and party registration.
Celebrating your reunion is an important milestone. Encourage giving by asking classmates to make a gift to SPSG in honor of their reunion, sign a solicitation letter or simply call fellow donors to say "thank you".
Help provide updated contact information for alumnae so they may reconnect with SPSG and fellow alumnae.

Donate Goods and Services
We welcome donations of experiences, services, or goods to help us host our robust calendar of alumnae events. Whether it be securing a venue, caterer, entertainment, guest speaker or auction item, your contributions are key to the success of our events.
SPSG has over 2,000 alumnae all over the country (and abroad). Help us bring together alum in your area by hosting a get-together in your city. Host at your home or local venue with the support of the SPSG alumnae office.
Alumnae Association Roles
The Alumnae Board supports SPSG by engaging and cultivating alumnae to create a vibrant, involved alumnae community that is emotionally and financially invested in the School’s success. Learn more about the positions available.
Serve as a liaison between your classmates and SPSG – collecting class notes for Spiritus and acting as an ambassador for the school. As Class Secretaries, you will be on the front line of school and alumnae news and updates! We ask that you then share pertinent information and messaging via email, Social Media and word-of-mouth.
