On Friday, September 21, alumna Heather Davidson Chilcot '98 returned to campus to share a special Ring Day address to the Class of 2020 during morning Prayers. As the juniors bustled with excitement in anticipation of receiving their SPSG school rings, Heather reflected on her time at SPSG and shared what it means to wear the SPSG school ring as part of the joyful sisterhood of Gators, past and present.
"Because I wear my ring often, I naturally take time to reflect upon my time at SPSG," shared Heather. "I think about my life-long friendships, the impact that my teachers had, the soul-touching mentors, the influential advisors. Your time here at SPSG is so precious - hold on to it and treasure it, because it goes way too fast. And when you find the refection in YOUR ring, let it remind you of what you believe in and remain alive in that, and hold onto it as a guiding symbol in your life."
