To find out if your (or your spouse's) employer participates in a matching gift program contact your human resources department. If they do, please complete their matching gift form and send it to the SPSG Advancement Office according to your employer's guideleines. You will be recognized for the full amount of your contribution plus the match.
Through Your Broker
Transferring securities such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, may be a particularly beneficial way for you to support SPSG, since capital gains tax is avoided and the tax deduction is based on the value of the stock on the day of transfer. Securities may be given to SPSG by transferring them through your broker to Brown Advisory.
Securities held in a brokerage account or bank trust may be transferred electronically through the Depository Trust Company. Securities should be routed as follows:
DTC 141, Brown Advisory, for St. Paul's School for Girls Annual Giving account 6691-2619.
It is essential to note your name on the transaction to ensure the gift is properly acknowledged. Please notify Nancy Stromberg, Director of Donor Relations, at 443.632.1012 and Brown Advisory when making a transfer so that they may confirm the transaction.
In-Kind
Gifts-in-kind include non-monetary contributions such as furnishings, equipment, instruments, books, and professional services. For more information, please contact Nancy Stromberg, Director of Donor Relations, at 443.632.1012.
