Overview
SPSG's leadership program is growing to extend from grades V-XII.
In the Upper School, the program has four important assumptions:
- Every individual has the potential to develop as a leader
- There are many different effective leadership styles
- Skills and qualities of successful leaders can be identified
- With focus and practice, each individual can become an effective and successful leader.
The middle-school program is developing with the assistance of the class deans and is based on the qualities of hospitality and respect.
